About this blog
Many times over the course of my life I have felt that what I was doing lacked real purpose and direction. Over the past few years this this feeling reached a peak and, after much soul searching, prayer ,and counsel from friends and acquaintances, I decided that a major change in the way I lived my life was required. In making this change I sought the help and advice of my oldest friend, David. He and I go all the way back to the 8th grade. Although our contact over the years had been sporadic, he had been the catalyst for many of the biggest positive changes in my life, and I felt that with contacts all over the world he would be the person in the best position to help me affect those changes. Over the next few months we talked numerous times and met on a few occasions. In spring of 2008 the decision was made. I was going to Amman, Jordan! Over the next 3 months David made arrangements for some much needed logistical assistance in Amman and I sold everything I had. On September 16,2008 my flight left Orlando International and the journey had begun. A journey, not just to Jordan, but a journey to find out what God really has planned for me. This blog is a chronicle of that journey.
